Overview

Meadow Croft Garden Centre approached me to refresh their brand identity. What began as a straightforward branding project quickly evolved into a full creative partnership – spanning product labels, marketing signage, seasonal event marketing and video content.

The Brief

Create a clean, friendly visual identity for the garden centre that could be rolled out across printed materials, on-site signage and digital platforms. As the business expanded, so did the scope of the work – including branding a new mini golf area and designing the core branding for their seasonal offering, The German Market.

Deliverables

Core Branding

A bright, welcoming logo that reflects the personality of Meadow Croft — natural, family-friendly, and rooted in horticulture. This became the anchor for all other visual work across the site.

Flower Labels & Signage

I’ve designed various flower labels and signage for use across the garden centre. Signage was colour-coded and styled to make plant information easy to navigate while keeping everything visually consistent. Templates were provided to ensure on-site staff can keep their assets updated when needed, saving on time and additional costing outlays.

Spin-off Brand: Mini Meadows Golf

To support a new mini golf attraction, I created a playful brand identity that stood on its own but still sat comfortably within the overall visual family. The result was a fun, recognisable design that brought extra energy to a new area of the business.

German Market Branding + Video

The annual German Market was given its own seasonal branding – warm, festive and distinct but still connected to the main Meadow Croft identity. I also produced a short promo video through The Film Boys, a video production company I co-manage, which captured the atmosphere of the market and helped drive awareness online through their various social platforms.

Outcome

The Meadow Croft project is a great example of how my creative work evolves with the needs of a business. From day-to-day branding and signage to video and event promotion, it shows how a consistent, well-thought-out design approach can support a brand’s growth over time.
